We worked with this firm for 11 years and saw it grow from a mid-sized two office firm to a top 100 firm with multiple offices along the South Coast. Originally appointed to deliver a fully researched executive search project to deal with the succession of their market leading private client practice, we went on to source and attract 20 partners (one of whom is the current Senior Partner and another who is now the Managing Partner) and 2 other board level executives as demand ebbed and flowed for growth, succession and defensive reasons over the years. We were also retained to fully research a whole region to identify target firms for acquisitions as well as to test the perception of their brand within this region. This work resulted in the successful acquisition of a higher value property firm as well as the introduction of two other firms that would come to be part of the whole firm over the course of the following 5 years. We were also appointed to source partners around whom a new London office could be built which is now fully established and an important part of the wider firm.
