As the Head of Research at Ortus Group, Alex manages the end to end process for executive search assignments making sure the team at Ortus are supplied with good quality information prior to contacting people who have been identified for client projects.

Her focus is on identifying the best people and firms to suit our clients’ requirements and in turn, provide each person or business that engages with our clients through our projects, an opportunity to grow and thrive.

Outside of work Alex is keen on staying fit and has recently caught the running bug. She is also a big Chelsea fan which can make the office politics interesting, particularly on a Monday morning!!
